Where do I come to see the mattress?

How are you able to offer these great mattresses at such a low price?
The reason we are able to offer such good prices is because these are overstock or factory seconds. We purchase directly from the factory and cut the middleman out. Also, we don't have the retail overhead that most furniture & mattress stores normally have.
What do you mean by factory second?
We get the Simmons & Sealy mattresses for one of three reasons: 1 - Overstock items 2 - Scratch or Dent items - usually a small scuff on the edge. 3 - Comfort Returns from the retail stores, where a customer may have had the mattress for a short period of time and didn't like the feel.
What is your guarantee?
We do offer a 30 day warranty against structural defects. There is no manufacturer warranty on the Simmons or Sealy mattresses. We do not offer a comfort guarantee. If the product is found defective during the 30 day warranty then of course a store credit or exchange will be issued. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
Why is the delivery fee non-refundable?
Customers are welcome to come and inspect the product before delivery.
Are these mattresses rebuilt or refurbished?
No! They not rebuilt in any way. We will NEVER sell re-built product! Beware of stores that do!
